Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow 24-72 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. Then you can then track your order by going to this page - 'Track Order'. Carefully enter your shipping number below 'Shipping Number' and also carefully enter your email below 'Email' so we can direct you the status of your order.
Q: How long does shipping take? 
A: Please allow up to 24-72 hours for your order to process, and an additional 3 days to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 7-16 days. For International orders, please allow up to 5-20 days.
Q: How fast is the delivery time?
A: Delivery time: 7-30 Days
Q: Will I get an email with my order details?
A: Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details.
Q: Why does shipping take so long?
A: Our products are one of a kind and are ​significantly lower priced​ than other competitors in the industry. The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible!
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us!
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is free WORLDWIDE!
Q: Who ships my package?
A: Canadian orders are delivered via Canada Post. US orders are delivered by either e-packet or Korea Post. International orders may be delivered by Korea Post, e-packet, or a local mail courier depending on the service available.
Q: Oops! I put the wrong shipping address!
A: If you need to update your address, select the contact us tab and send us a message and within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. We never store any information about our customers private details!
Q: How do I order on your website? 
A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button or use the 'Buy Now Button'. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept all major credit cards from any country including:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dankort, Discover, Cirrus and more.
Q: Does ExampliFly provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! You can always get a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us with image proof sent first.
 
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: No/Yes, we will ship the item to your address. However, once you receive your item(s), you can ship it back to us and once we receive it, we will FULLY refund you.
Q: What is the exchange/return policy?

A: We value our customer experience. If you have any problems with our products, we will gladly fully refund you.

Step 1: E-mail us with your order # and name.

  • With a subject of 'Refund Request'
  • List your product and why you want to return it.

Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our address to ship your item back.

Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.

Step 4: If all is good, we will fully refund your item plus an additional $5 (as a sorry :D) Once we issue the refund, you will get an e-mail showing all details and the money will be deposited back into your account!

 

Q: Are there any additional fees I have to pay?
A: No handling/processing fees are ever charged.

Q: My order won't go through, help!
A: Ensure that the billing address you entered matches that of your credit card.
